Our own (often challenging) life-journeys have led us to strive for a life-style that allows us to stay fit, manage stress, build fulfilling relationships, find meaning and purpose, and accept change gracefully.
If you are interested in developing a life-style of fitness and health, in preventing or even reversing chronic disease, in living (mostly) pain-free, and in feeling less stressed, we can help you. It won’t always be easy, but it will be worth it.

According to the U.S. Surgeon General, 75% or more of our Western diseases are “lifestyle-related.” These diseases are connected to our diet, our lack of exercise, our overuse of cigarettes, alcohol, and caffeine, our high levels of stress, and the quality of our relationships. While our life-style can lead to disease it is also our best medicine. Our goal is to assist you in developing a healthy and fulfilling life-style which you can maintain for the rest of your life.

Research and experience show that over 50% of the people who start an exercise program drop out within the first 6 months. Accountability and support are important factors in maintaining lifestyle changes. As certified personal trainers we will provide the encouragement and expertise that allow you to make your good intentions a reality.

The only exercise that works is the one you actually do. Let’s be creative in developing an exercise program that works for you and fits within your lifestyle. You don’t like going to the gym? Let us bring the gym to you and put together a routine you can perform in your living room. You would prefer to work out outside? Let’s get together for some standup paddleboarding (a great cardio and core workout) followed by some yoga on the beach. Variety and creativity will make it easy for you to incorporate exercise into you daily life.

Diets don’t work because depriving yourself leads to frustration. Instead, discover a whole new way of eating and enjoying food. We will assist you with meal-planning, shopping and smart supplementation.

For our mobile gym services add $ 10 per session. Please call for additional information and to schedule an appointment. We schedule Personal Training and Private Yoga Sessions 7 days a week and will make every effort accommodate your needs. Evening and early morning sessions available upon request.

Reservation

We are serving Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Fort Myers Beach, Estero, Bonita Springs, and Naples. Rentals, lessons, tours and sales available 7 days a week. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs. We book on a first-come, first-served basis, so call to make your reservation.
